Lead Ads Automation

The Lead Ads Automation feature allows you to automatically sync data from Instant Form (Lead Ads) on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) into AhaChat. The system will then store customer information in Attributes, trigger a predefined flow, and simultaneously send notification messages, save data to Google Sheet or forward it to a CRM.

1. Prerequisites

  • You already have a Fanpage connected with AhaChat.

  • You are running a Lead Ads campaign on Facebook/Instagram with an Instant Form.

  • You have created Custom Fields in AhaChat to store customer information, for example:

  • name – Full name

  • phone – Phone number

  • email – Email

  • company_name – Company name

  • inbox_url – Inbox link

2. Setting Up Lead Ad Automation in AhaChat

Step 1: Create Lead Ad Automation

Go to Growth menu → create new → choose Lead Ad Automation.

Step 2: Select the Ad Form Template

Choose the Instant Form (Lead Ads) you want to connect.

Step 3: Map Form Data → Custom Fields

Define each field mapping:

  • Full name → name

  • Phone number → phone

  • Email → email

  • Company name → company_name

  • Inbox URL → inbox_url

Step 4: Select the Triggered Flow

Choose the flow you have prepared (e.g., save to Google Sheets + send notification).

Step 5: Click Save to finish.

3. Creating the Customer Data Processing Flow

A basic flow consists of 2 blocks:

  1. Google Sheet Block: Automatically save customer information into a Google Spreadsheet.

  2. Conversation Block: Send a confirmation message to the customer after they submit the ad form.

With this feature, you no longer need to manually download lead data from Ads Manager. Everything is automated and happens instantly.
