4. Sales pages
Sales Page is a standalone webpage designed specifically to sell your product or service. It contains comprehensive, engaging, and persuasive content aimed at convincing visitors to make a purchase. A professional sales page provides all necessary information about your product or service, appealing to potential customers through well-structured presentations tailored to the business's offerings.
The customizable features include: naming the sales page, adding shipping fees, selecting display categories, menu layout, color schemes, and more.

5. Payment
The functionality works as follows: When a customer makes a purchase through the chatbot, an order will be generated, including the amount and payment transfer details. The customer will use this information to transfer the payment to the pre-configured bank account number. The app will track balance changes through SMS notifications on your phone and verify parameters such as the bank name, transfer amount, and transfer content. If the information matches, a success notification will be sent to the customer, and the automated process will continue.
The payment information includes:
Bank name
Account number
Account holder name
Brand name or phone number (This is the name displayed by the bank in the SMS)
The section below allows you to check the history of successful payments.
6. Livestream
The functions of Livestream include:
Automatically collecting comments from a livestream post, filtering order-related comments, and then creating orders based on the comment content and the commenter’s information.
For each order placed via livestream, the chatbot will automatically send a message to the customer who left their information in the comment to confirm details and ask for any missing information.
Summarizing orders with their statuses, making it easier for users to manage, confirm, or cancel orders.
Storing the order history for each customer, allowing users to track important customer details such as what product they are ordering, their purchase history, and whether they have ever canceled an order.
View detailed setup instructions for the Livestream function here.
7. Notification
There is a feature to send messages via Messenger to customers when the order status changes.
The notification message using the POST_PURCHASE_UPDATE
message card is sent outside of 24 hours.
You just need to turn on the notification status you want to use.
When you change the status in the Orders tab or in the live chat menu, the message will be automatically sent to the customer.
